Helpful beyond the call of duty

My mother, who is 78 years old, had a problem that involved her property & deeds office and the bank, Nedbank. We were referred to Jhb, Nedbank branch, legals for home loans. My mother and I went there to see Mr Louis Setabole, referred to him by Springs Nedbank branch. I must say, we went there hopeless as we have been shunted from pillar to post by deeds office and other branches of Nedbank we went to. Mr Setabole received us, not only that, but he listened to the old lady`s problem. Came down to her level, took statements, very thoroughly and in detail. Referred the matter to relevant departments to investigate and kept communicating with us of what was happening. It was a complex matter that Mr Setabole handled without getting impatient with us, especially my mother, who is old and needed to be informed of every step why it was taken. I just want to thank Mr Setabole, for his dedication, commitment, helpfulness and patience. My mother`s problem is now resolved, thanks Nedbank for having a staff like Mr Louis Setabole. My mother conveys her thanks to Mr Setabole for all his efforts and helpfulness.
