Home loan, not living in but still paying

Hello Peter,

I have been paying for a home loan that I'm not even staying in. Since the house was sold on auction in 2011.
Up until now still listed on ITC can't buy anything as I have a judgment on my name. I thought when you acknowledge the debtors at least you get to be removed from ITC. It also looks like I will there for ever since I need to pay close to R 470 000. I sometimes wonder why I am still banking with them. They can even help me as their client and they don't even care.

When I lost the house, it's not like I wanted to loose it, it was circumstances that forced to do so.
I was not working, did not have a job. Please can someone help to be rehabilited to society, where is amnesty that they talking about?
