I collected my card at Boulders Branch, I had my ID and Proof of address Mr Patrick was assisting to get my card that I ordered on line. He took my documents for verification and gave them to me together with my card. three weeks later which is today @ 13:29 I was shocked to learn that my account was frozen I went back to the bank and lucky I was assisted by Mr Patrick himself again, and he told me I need to bring in my documents for FICA PURPOSE " YES I WOULD CAN I GET HELP HERE BECAUSE IF I NEW ABOUT THIS I WOULD HAVE BROAD THOSE DOCUMENTS WITH".

The was nothing he can do about it "HOW CAN A BANK GIVE ONE THE BANK CARD WITHOUT THOSE DOCUMENTS" and to my surprise,

He stood there waiting to assist the next "customer" forgetting we client whichever way he's looking at it. I haven't been productive at my duties because of Mr Patrick from Boulder Branch, He spoiled my day and as we speak I'm talking to Ntombi from my branch over 1 hour 7 minutes she cant assist me either someone from FNB assist me.
