Very very bad service

I was told by your agent to walk into the branch to change the date of the debit order, I went to the branch they told me they can't change the date, so how the fruit am I going to change this date, cause I can't even get hold of this department, its like you are ghost, please I need to change the date cause I don't get paid on the 25th, am tired of calling this department and hold for 1 hour whilst you sending me to every department, I use money to call not free min. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.
