Not often does one come across a truly customer centric employee. I was fortunate to have my claim handled by a very competent Mishkah Abed of TelesureGroup Services, the underwriters for Woolworths Insurance.
Words fail to describe the professionalism displayed. She always followed up, and when she said she would call, she did! (sometimes after normal office hours). I needed to provide quotations for the items, and she was a constant reminder that the "clock is running out". Her passion, for the customer, is admirable.
Well done Mishkah! You are certainly a gem among the stones!
