ABSA Insurance Company Call Centre is useless

Not that anything comes of this, but others should be aware!!!

1st claim (Aug 2013 - Jan 2014) took 4.5 months to complete, a call was logged on the 14th Jan whereby I was told to pay an access of R500 only to be informed by the contractor that it is double the amount. After several attempts (with the shortest time 17 min and longest being 34min) holding on for the Claims dept to find out why all of a sudden the access is double, is still to be answered.

I think that it is appauling that a so called professional institution like ABSA delivers such pathetic service and still has the Audacity to charge for it!!!
