Career held to ransom

The bank repossessed our property in 2009. The loan account has always shown zero. However they cannot write me a letter to clear my name on the credit bureau. I am an accountant who cannot get a job as a result of this. The bank are referring me to attorneys for rehabilitation/court issues. I need a solution now!
