MFC not worth it

My dad was a client of MFC and since he past away the service become really poor. As we enquired more information regarding payments on the vechile what the steps are that needs to be followed they follewed their one procedure without any proper notification letters or any kind of form. I phoned in they answer and drop the phine. Since the car was purchaced there where no statements received from mfc when you want information such as statements proof of payments, settlements and outstanding balances they refuse to help. What can we do regarding this unpleasent situation. Isn't the car suppose to go into the will till its settled or the account should have been put on hold whatsover?? We need assitance in this matter because the lady dealing threatens to sell the car and no proper aragements are made no letter are send out
