Being a good customer means nothing to FNB

We recently applied for a second bond on our house but was rejected due to the fact that our Johannesburg Municipality bill is a mess and not correct at all. It is a well known fact all around Johannesburg that the municipality accounts all over the city is a mess and even after we gave proof that our account is wrong we were still rejected. We are in the process of closing all our personal accounts at FNB and I am even selling my car to get rid of my finance from Wesbank... another division of FNB... The service is pathetic and being a good customer who pays all accounts duly doesn't mean a thing to FNB... Better banking? Yeah right! Think again before you open any account at FNB!!
