I phoned my insurance first 4 woman on the 06 Jan 2014 after my accident to arranged &collected my car the 7th Jan. I understand they waited for my premium to be deducted on the 15th of January '14.The 20th panelbeater (car style) had to collect the vehicle. I'm stunned by the poor service. I spoke to Shanel she were friendly, helpful, informed me on a regular basis. Once the claim were settled & the next person were suppose to help me the whole episode became a nightmare. Delisile Dludlu never informs me i have to call in myself at least once a week. My sunroof were scew since i had the accident. My husband unpluged all of the switches in order for the motors not to be damaged. I found out that the insurance is not going to repair for that. After i had a big ordeal with the insurance about it they promised they will sent the assesor and he will phone me back. The car is nearly a month at the panelbeater. After I spoke to Delisile on Thursday about her poor service she said they going to repair the sunroof. I spoke to the panelbeaters to day & they confirmed they wait for the assessor to the car. No assessor pitched, no calls. No feedback I want answers. I will go to OMBUDSM
