Still being charged after cancellation!

I have cancelled my insurance on Monday 21 October 2013. I sent a mail to [Email Removed] informing them about the cancellation and I have now noticed that they STILL deduct money every month!
I then phone the call center to sort this out and I have been holding the line every single time for more than 10 minutes with nobody picking up!!

This is unprofessional and unacceptable!
