BEING RETRENCHED AND HANDED OVER!!!

In March i was retrenched and i sent my documents to FNB, my insurance paid for the duration of 6 month which was upto September? In september i got a Job and i contacted FNB for payment arrangments as i had so much in my plate, as i was not working, November i paid, Called In January for my settlement letter, as i was waiting for this financial institute to finance me, and i was told that FNB has HANDED ME ORVER, within 3 month if you are not working you are being HANDED OVER WITH THESE COMPANIES, there is no customer service at all these and we are suffering as Client!
