Shocking Non Service

I've been trying to track a claim for the past month and everytime I call in they make promises on how they'll deliver within their turn around time but nothing. Last I called they said their Administrators will call me back and tell me what's going on but they never did. What really grinds my gears is why you have procedures in place and not follow them. This puts my livelyhood in danger because no one wants to take responsibility and help with the right information and I've had it with them.
