ATM didn't pay out, although funds were debited

At Brooklyn mall (Fri 24 Jan 17h02), the ATM did not pay out. I went to the bank and after an investigation, they refunded me, thanks. One comment: Phoning the bank from the ATM in a noisy mall, you must remember that one cannot leave the ATM unattended to go to a quieter spot. The last thing you want to hear is: it is a call with a long list of options. The number on the ATM should not give you a call center, worse where option 1 is an international call, with all the noise, I don't hear the options.. This realy makes Standard Bank's look silly.By the way, an IT friend of mine's mother lost money because of the new card less transaction displayed her PIN number on the screen, and her card was swopped. That is silly to display the typing of a PIN.
