Is this how FNB treats an 64 year old lady???

Dear FNB

I am writing a complaint today because it makes me hart broken that a client of more than 24 years can be treated this way.

This morning I and my mother went to FNB inside to withdraw her pension money after standing in the row my mother got sent to enquiries because she had to Sine a form.
After standing in this row she was told that she had to go and get a proof or residence even though she had a sabc tv license addressed to her this was not good enough. She had to walk in the rain and go and get a letter from the municipality that stated the proof of her residence.

When asked if she would be able to get money and bring the letter later is was said no she cannot get her money how is that possible with her Id in hand a sabc tv license account and a client for more than 24 years she could not get her money. She had to walk in the rain stand in rows four times and all this for getting to the front again and the cashier who had no poster saying please use next counter, just told us to wait for the next cashier she is closed now. And then helps the C I T guys who came in long after us. Is that how FNB treats a 64 year old lady who has been loyal to them for so l
