I left my comp at the end of Nov 2013. I instructed my pensiond fund to do a split payout.

After 2 months my records still shows that they are waiting from documentation from my prev employer, although I have copies of the docs that was send weeks ago.
And every time I call into the CC I get the same answer, that they are waiting for documents.

They never call back if requested to do so.
