I am trying to cancel my Diners Club Charge Cards

I have been emailing the custserv email address since the end of December last year and a few other people at Diners Club, I have now called their call centre twice to try and cancel my 2 charge cards with them. The call centre said I MUST send an email to custserv but I have had no response from them.

Can somebody please help me to cancel these cards and reply to my emails!
