DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT

A lady with name Charlie Moloko from LUCID Credit, called me to offer some products i didn't understand.
I pressed for my account details which i later supplied. But I specifically told them not to debit my account till i authorise. However they still debiting and i cant get hold of anyone there.
I need my money back.
