Credit where it's due

On Thursday 23 rd January I posted a complaint about inconsistency in premiums. Within in an hour someone phoned (unfortunately cannot recall the name) to tell me that he would investigate the complaint and revert at latest the next day. He was true to his word. He also resolved the issue to great satisfaction.

I have been a customer for 10 years and occasions such as this makes me happy to remain one.
