This company it seems they are making so much money they don't even care for their clients anymore.

Most of your staff must go for training or go sell chicken at KFC. I have called this morning from my cell phone I spent more than R50 on phone call, finally a lady answered and connected me to another department which none of them answer, she took my number but since morning 9am I never heard from anyone! the call center gave me this direct number 01010014556 but this line out of service.

I am so disgusted with your bad service. I am in processes to cancel my policy with your company, maybe you become so rich u don't have the time anymore to give good service. most of your staff sleeping and living another world

I am waiting a phone call from you ASAP or I will keep posting complain every 5 days! I am waiting
