How I was treated

This lady was helping me with my home loan as I wanted to switch to SA Home Loan. She phoned me in order to go through my application. I was surprised to be told that I must be quick as she was rushing to another meeting. my question is why you phone a customer when you know you have other pressing engagements in a
short time. I am aware I am not the only customer nor asking for an hour but I think it is very rude to phone a customer and as a customer you are told to be quick as there's a meeting to be attended this was not a good service at all as I was not also relaxed because I had to be quick. The questions I wanted to ask I never got a chance to ask. I tried to explain myself but Shobana as a service provider was not also relaxed and interested in what I was saying. She might have seen that maybe I was not a qualifying customer to switch from one institution to another but as a customer I was going to be happy to be treated with dignity even if my application was not going to be successful. I feel I was treated like a nobody as no respect was shown by her service. My advice never phone a customer when in a rush because it shows no respect. Please Home Loan take this as advic
