Non desclosure and breach of contract

I have had the most Horrable experience with Credit rescue . this company aproaches the public under pretence to assist in negotiating a lower payment with creditors, they inform you of a once off payment equivalent to the one monthly subscription of what you will pay in return . they do not inform you that they will also be charging you a monthly fee of about R500 that will be deducted from the money they are meant to distribute. I descovered that they were using an incorrect refference and were paying my money to an incorrect account. I approached them and never got feedback for almost 3 months I stoped the stop oder in Novenber and somehow it went off in January 2014 when I informed them that they should reverse the payment to my account they refused to saying they would distribute as per how their system works. I fail to understand the treatment they have with clients and refusal to do what the client requests this has been the worst experience ever The public needs to know what they are getting into and should they not honor a contract they should be held accountable.
