Refusal to reverse and allocate Bond payment

I paid my Absa Bond account through internet banking and accidentally used the incorrect account number and now they want to charge me in the region of R300 to reverse this payment from the incorrect account and credit the payment to the correct account. Why? if both accounts are held with Absa
