Dissapointing Service over and over again!!!

Basic service seems to be a luxury these days, especially when it come to Nedbank. I am most appalled by the poor service I have had to endure with them.

Query 1 : simple request - I need the cession on my Hollard life policy lifted and applied to my Discovery Life policy. All relevant documentation have been sent, and I continue to get the run around between Nedbank homeloans and the debt review department??? spoke to Denisha Govender in this regard with no joy at all. Apparently the process changes when it suites the consultants, if they in the mood to help or not.

Query 1: my ceiling has a leak and for the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get this resolved. I even spoke to the Manager Cohen Perumal, who seems to know very little about Customer Service, up to date I have had to make numerous calls to follow up and still no one has come to quote of have the ceiling and roof fixed

with all these calls made. I will be submitting my phone bill to Nedbank to pay!!! I am so exhausted of bad service.
