Personal loans service too terrible

I had 3 personal loans running concurrently 2013. This yr I get a call offering me a new loan. Today I decided to accept it. Was offered 100 000 only needed 20 000. I specifically told the call service agent this wk I wld only b interested in taking the loan if I cld get it over 12 mnths not 24. They said absolutely fine. Today I'm told absolutely not. The manager and the system does not allow it. Get yr act together Nedbank. Now I'm off to FNB
