I made calls to stop my account?!

I did internet banking yesterday and an eft to cell number payment. I then logged off and went into a training course which lasted the entire day. About 10 hours later I tried swiping my card and doing an eft and I get declined saying its an illegal card/expired. The expiry date is in 2017.
* I was told by Monica at your call centre, that I stopped my account and it cannot be reversed.
* I apparently blocked it telephonically (I did not!)
* I could block it telephonicallly but not unblock in that way, I have to go into the branch (NEVER!)
*I asked for a date and time that I had "blocked/stopped: my account and she said that that is impossible to see (B)
Course of action:
1. Reactivate my account immediately or transfer my funds to another account for me
2. Reverse the cell amount as the recipient could not access it
3. Facilitate the closure of my account as this is not the first time that I have had issues with my account and they were incorrect from your side. Also its not the first time that i have had to call into your call centre using my airtime from my cell. And lastly, its not the first time that I have been embarrased while swiping my card, despite funds avail
