Standard Bank, 1 month later and no resolution!

I logged a call with ref 56533833 on the 31st of December and was promised it would take at most up to 12 business days to resolve, this was an issue where the bank has to return money that the ATM had not dispensed, I have been calling in non stop and keep getting told that i should try again in a few days as the back office lady is busy with it although their are no updates on the call. I don't see how this can take this long to rectify, this is a large enough bank and should have a large enough support area.
