I made claim since november last year, no feedback unless i call

My son was in an accident november 2 last year i made every thing they told me to do but still no feedback unless i called them, last time i spoke to Ayanda it was 2 weeks ago she was going to came back to me the next day she didn't yesterday she sent me a sms she will call me later bt she didn't iwant to know what is happening i've use alot of money for this claim bt still no luck please help me Peter tnx
