EBucks, not as nice as FNB says it is

I order coffee capsules on eBucks which are supposed to be N espresso compatible, they do not work. I have called eBucks 6 times already, excuse... the request has been transferred to a back-office, we'll get back to you, we also waiting for the supplier.
