Waited 5 months for Recission Of Judge

Ive received very bad service for reccission of judgement and everytime I call their call centre they keep on saying they will get back to me, after five months a law firm cannnot take it's clients seriously as they always provide me with empty promises..I'm dissapointed especially after I paid this firm 5months ago for this service.
