My account suspended without me being informed

When I joined the clientele legal. I clearly told them that the debit order should ONLY go off on the 26th of every month. They were debiting on the 26th of every month from July 2013 until October 2013. then on November 2013 they decided to debit on the 22nd which was not what we agreed on and I told them to reverse the money and resubmit on the agreed date. which I was with notion that they did. until today when I called for legal advice and the y tell me that they cant represent me because I defaulted on my payment yet they took the December payment and January payment without even informing me that there was a payment missing. this is really crooking people when they do something that was not agreed upon and then expect you to go and resolve their mess. and when I tell that this is their mess they isn't that it isn't. but then if that's the case, why didn't they tell me that I have to go personally to make payment. I mean when I told the guy to resubmit the debit order he said he will which he didn't and this resulted in my policy suspended and I was never informed by anyone that my policy has been suspended. I only found out about this now because I seriously need legal advise
