Never "upgrade" to a Private Client

I migrated my accounts to "Private Client" last year and wish I hadn't. I was promised all sort of things but the only things that I have actually received are new cards and an increased monthly banking charge. Strangely before this happened I sang FNB's praises to everyone I could... I found the client interaction to be world class, my personal banker was prompt and efficient. I never was given anything other than outstanding service.

Things are different now... as a "Private Client" I had to call last week to demand that a banker is assigned to my portfolio. Granted, I received a call later that day and was promised that they would mail me their contact details etc after the call. The email has still not arrived. I log in to my online banking and retrieve this persons name which now appears as my assigned banker however the email address bounces my mails, the cell number just rings and you cannot leave a message. I try the "Private Clients suite" and the phone rings endlessly. Really FNB?!?!

I truly am amazed that this is what I was sold.
