BAD SERVES

Our house flooded on the 1st of jan. we called on the 2nd. on the 8th somebody came out to see the damage. after numerous calls on the 16th of jan we got the agreement of loss. we signed it on 17 jan. no list just an amount. we kept asking for a list. still nothing. the 22nd we found out that the one page needed initials. nobody told us that. today 27 jan there is still no money. nobody ever call us back. I even send back the email to rate the service. after 1 week NO REPLY!! this is unacceptable!
