I Aubrey Mokasi 6402275240085 paid up the account with Direct Axis last year and they told me they will provide with settlement letter, i am still waiting for the letter and when i phone they are taking me pillar to post and they provide the number for their legal department 0116495124 and the number does not exist.

please can you assist to assist with this matter.
