Instruction to authorise attorneys long o/due

I purchased an Absa repossessed property on 18 January. I paid the deposit of R8, 000 and submitted all documentation on 19 January. Absa have signed and sent me the final deed of sale. Absa said they will appoint McWilliams Elliott in PE to attend to the transfer into my name. It is now over 2 weeks later and McWilliams have still not been instructed/authorised to attend to the transfer. This instruction comes through their My Attorney system and happens electronically. I cant think that this should take so long! The MR reference number is MR025552.
