LOANFINDER SA UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I recently went online to find possible loans. Loanfinder SA asked me to submit my bank details and info for credit checks. Then this morning, 3 weeks later, I notice that a debit order of R350 has been deducted from my account for this service. I have not even activated this service yet since I havent received a password or login details-this i only received once I called Loanfinder to ask about the R350 deduction. The agent said that apparently it is written in the fine print and in the terms and conditions but I honestly do not remember agreeing to any debit order amount being deducted, I was under the impression that its a completely free service. I want my money back. I cancelled the service or subscription or whatever she said i signed up for but I want my money back as i believe i have been tricked into losing money here and this is not done in good faith according to the National Credit Act at all!
