I called in for a simple personal loan application, Before dialing the number I was a skeptical as to long the process would take and was actually dreading the "no SENSE small talk" agents usually have to avoid dead-air which most of us "customers" either "fake laugh" or just reply yes yes yes yes yes... I would definitely relate as I have been in that situation.

BUT ZUKISWA BRAWENI was really interested in what I had to say and replied in an actual meaningful, intellectual way conversation which wowed me and build her Customer rapper! The level of intelligence this women holds is really a breathe of fresh air. She clearly made me aware of why Absa Bank is the way it is and why I hold shares with them too... THEY HAVING AMAZING agents and a great management team and supervisory team looking after them.

I work for Standard Bank my main role is high end escalations which ZUKISWA BRAWENI would be able to do with her eyes closed!

I just want everyone to be made aware of the ASSET you have in your contact centre as they are REALLY hard to come by.
