Just cant get a bond approved?

I have a house, worth approx 1.8million, salary of 6500 with income for rent at 9500p/mnth, wnt to take alone of R200 ooo-00 on my house that has no existing bond, the premiium approx R2000 p/month, want to cosolidate my accounts which is approx R6000p/m but cant get a lone because I cannot afford it? and the banks dont do cosolidations of debt? are you joking, also thought they advertise and recomment people to do just that, what are one to do, I dont understand these banks they advertise one thing but dont give the service or the oppertunity to customers, I dont want to go under administration, why should I, I have a house that is worth much more than my debt and why would I not pay my bond and stand a chance to loose my hous and that for R200 000-,???
