Damaged motorcycle

My vespa was transported to and from plett. upon its return to johannesburg, i noticed damage to the paint near the back of the bike. it looks like the bike had been dropped. i made contact with them, and after repeated messages i finally got to speak to them. they never returned emails or telephone calls. they appear to have washed their hands of the matter, despite me being told that their service carries a full warranty/insurance policy for damage.
i am more irritated by the lack of concern, and no apology for the damage, than for the damage itself and i just wanted to know how to move forward, but they do not engage with me. i would recommend that no one uses them in future. all good if things go well, but beware if your bike is damaged. poor company communication and feedback
