I started an account with FNB, and ordered an Ipad through them. they then loaded my debit orders late, loaded a debit order that i didn't add to my debit order list &have not delivered at all on the ipad when i made sure that the money was in my account for the instalment to go off. additionally i have had to now draw money from the FNB account to put in my old account to avoid the debit orders bouncing back because of their errors. i have called numerous times, been pushed from pillar to post to no avail. no one gets back to me or tries to resolve the issue everyone says that's not their department or position and i should call somewhere else. then i entered the woodlands branch to get assistance also to no avail however the assistant manager tried all he could to help me, but even he battled with the call centre staff. i have tried everything now and still i have received no help, its sad that you receive no service from a SERVICE PROVIDER thats what they sell: "service" their slogan is "how can we help you" its more like how can we frustrate you to a point that pushes your blood pressure completely through the ceiling. i dont even know what to do anymore. however im persist
