I called the claims division of Woolworths Insurance at around 09h00 this morning.By lunchtime my claim had been finalised. It is great to speak to people as professional as Terri Wilson. She was unjudgemental and very friendly. I was very upset when discovering that my belongings were gone but now have peace of mind knowing that they will soon be replaced. Thanks Terri, I will never change to another insurance company for cover.
