Pathetic Organization

The response on my complaint was pathetic. An Individual tried to contact me by telephone but his telephone was giving problems and could not phone me from another telephone??? so he said he would mail me. I received a mail from some home computer that had no identification, no Business Letterhead it might as well have been the man from the moon trying to contact me. IS HOLLARD MOTORXTENDER A REGISTERED ENTITY OR IS IT JUST A CORRUPT EXTENTION OF OF A GOOD MAIN COMPANY BEING HOLLARD INSURANCE
