Utterly dissapointed!

I have had a policy with assupol for more than 2 years and recently changed banks. I contacted the compant in early december notifing them and as they stated it was changed. No debit deduction for end of december and january.. I contacted them again in early february wanting to know whats happening and I was told the policy has lapsed and I would have to pay in cash.. I am still waiting for a reference number.. I have paid this policy duefully every month and now the policy has lapsed! I'm disgusted by there lack of service as the cash back bonus is due soon now convienently my polic has lapsed! Is there no way for the policy continue without me having to pay arrears that was in any case not my fault! I really need this sorted because I paid this policy for too long to loose it now!
