As a DECADE-long client of yours, I'm starting to sense 'danger' whenever something is actioned from your side... Like i'm getting robbed in broad daylight and it's being done so subtly that if I had to create a huge commotion about it, it will only make my gripes seem petty.

So, nope, I don't need your scripted generic online help or responses. No amount of attempted damage control will ease my latest frustrations with you.

If this complaint does any form of deterring, then at least I've managed to save someone from having to deal with the same amount of counter-productive time wastage that you've been putting me and perhaps thousands of other clients through.
