Standard bank is the worst bank in South Africa. What is the point of having a call centre for lost, or swallowed cards if you have to wait over an hour to be assisted by an agent I do understand it's Saturday after hours but really an hour!
!!! They say it's a 24 hour queue
I am definitely going to close that account. Very unhappy Custome
