I complained on the 18th June about the bad Service of Standard Bank, had NO reply what so ever, and today 25th June experienced it yet AGAIN! I collected my card Saturday, after an hour in the Q. i was given my card and not a word further. Today i tried using my card! ALL of my limits are ZERO. so i cant access my own money!!! I called and received no assistance, only get told, come into the branch. after holding for an Hour. I WORK! untill 5pm. So i can only come in on a Saturday! so i have none of my hard earned salary thanks to Standard Bank. seriously thinking of changing to Capitec.
