Yesterda (4-2-13) at abt 17:24 i called the Prime merridian 24hour roadside assistance for help with a flat battery and i was told that someone will be in contact with me shortly to assist me. An hour later i called the call centre to ask if they ve sent help already and quite sadly this time around my call was unanswered, i tried to call several time but still my call was put on hold. I had to seek assistance from somewhere else and this cost me almost R580, 00 to have someone jump start me and finally got home. At 21h45 a consultant from prime meridian called me to do a followup on me and i told him what happened and that i am unhappy with what happened and he promised to refer the matter to his supervisor the first thing today. The fact that no one has ever contacted me this morning shows that no one really cares about their customers as long as they get premiums end of month This kind of service is totally unacceptable and left me desperate, helpless and furious in the middle of nowhere. I want a reimbursement of my R580, 00 and am cancelling my insurance with immediate effect.
