How do i get hold of anyone at MFC???

I applied for finance last week and signed the contract late Friday afternoon (24 May). Over the weekend i realised that i am able to make payments over a shorter period and sent an e-mail to the dealer from whom i bought the car. The lady informed me the deal was sent for payout late Friday afternoon and transmitted on Saturday morning, so i have to contact MFC and speak directly to them. I tried phoning 011 879 9000, spoke to 3 persons, without no luck. A gentleman then referred me to 0860 879 900 - still no luck. Who on earth must I speak to to try and find out if i can still change my repayment term or whether its too late??? I see a bad 60 months in front of me if this is the level of service i can expect from a finance company that is charging thousand of rands of interest to finance my car!!!
