I am so disgusted in this company, I had a break in on the 31/12/2013 and they cleaned me out, I had insurance with outsurance, they put claim to be assessed by this people, well a guy called neville came here and did the assessing, I gave him all the proof of what was, and reported the immediately, well I had to request that I do not want to deal with him anymore as he got very personal, also phoning people for proof, I have no problem, but they also complaint that he is personal with them, when I brought this up he said they got a recording that he was not, again they never informed them that a call is recorded or asked permission or just informed that the call is being recorded, he phonrs me today and tell me my whole claim is rejected on the basis of a laptop and a leather jacket, cause I had no proof I told him take the jacket off, the laptop I said is in a series I do not know exactly, as I never received a contract from outsurance explaining or outlining my policy, so I had my boxes and bags ext, he informs me thay my whole claim is turned down, and my insurance cancelled, people need to know about their dishonest practises, this will not be left.
