Debit order DATE!!!

Ever since I have had a personal loan with the bank my debit order date was set on the 25th of each month... I only get paid every last Friday of each month depending on what day it falls.. Meaning my salary reflects on various days, from the 25th to the 31st. I keep on explaining this to the bank over the phone as well as at the branches. They phone me every month telling me that my account is over due and every month I explain to them the same situation.

I have gone to the branches 3 times, they tell me I need to take in a bank statement and they will calculate a date from there. Again they do not seem to understand this simple fact to just put a debit order date on the last day of each month. After my 3rd try at a branch I am just not feeling the need to understand their procedures any longer... Not even mentioning the fact that this keeps on reflecting bad on my name... I've reached a point where I do not know what to do any longer...
